We only use the premium class and highest quality construction materials while building the Alizi Gudauri, which includes:

Aluminium sheets by Mazzonetto – Italian produced premium class water resistant material for roofing and façade cladding works, which does not change colour or shape. Mazzonetto aluminium sheets are installed along with a special insulation material placed between the building façade and aluminium sheets. Cladding of façade with the Mazzonetto aluminium sheets increases energy efficiency of the building and maintains its appearance in for a long-term perspective. time.

Composite panel HPL (High Pressure Laminate) – high strength panel made from wood sheets, which is covered with rich palette solid laminate from the both sides. The panel is ventilated, secures the building from humidity and keeps its resistance in severe climate conditions. It does not change colour or shape as well.

Aluminium doors and windows – high quality aluminium doors and windows with double glass equipped with thermal bridge and accordingly, are designed for exterior. This system purpose especially desinedis to reduce cold masses entering from outside in the building and vice versa, loss of warmth masses from the building. The aluminium doors and windows with double glass ensure maximum air-tightness, thermal insulation and do not deform within severe climate conditions.
