Construction works planned for 2020 are already completed in Alizi Gudauri, the project of the development company Alizi. Currently, 65% of the project is done. 3 residential floors in the first, as well as, the second block were built.
Due to severe climate conditions, works in the Gudauri project will be renewed from spring. Completion of construction works is planned until 30th of September, 2021.
Through the project, the consumers will receive fully renovated, furnished and equipped apartments.
