47% of the frame-monolithic construction works at the Alizi Mukhiani have been completed
The project Alizi Mukhiani is a reinforced concrete structure and includes 42 piles, with a length of 12 meters. Currently, the 6th-floor slab is being arranged (on the +16.30 m point)
At the moment, 2160 m3 of concrete and 230 tons of reinforcing rods are already used for construction.
In June, building party walls (between flats), and arrangement of blocks for facade walls is planned. The facade walls are arranged with energy-efficient BEDEGI blocks.
In June, carrying out the next 17% of monolithic works are planned.
